about
This is our first official release in exactly 8 years to the day since the debut album, 'Anthropocene', came out. It's been a long and winding road, but we couldn't be happier to have found our way back to you with this new single. We hope you enjoy "The Walkaway" and if life allows, who knows what else the future may hold for our sound. Be safe out there, you are loved, and if you're still listening, or even finding us for the first time: Thank you for listening.
lyrics
Forward, was the only way known,
No way to retrospect,
Onward, everyone on their own,
Unable to recollect.
But we could make it better,
If we could build together,
Something that we could never,
Do on our own...
You told me to walk away from,
All of the selfish ways I’m,
Living my life one day at a time.
What if we could make a new home,
All of our worries and weights, gone,
We’ll build it better than we can alone.
The past is behind us,
We all go forward, inclined, us,
But lasting inside us,
Are the last things that designed us,
Each time we rewind us,
We see the dark that reminds us,
That lasting inside us,
Are the last things that defined us,
The past is behind us,
We all go forward, inclined, us, (You told…)
But lasting inside us,
Are the last things that designed us,
(Why us?!)
Each time we rewind us,
We see the dark that reminds us, (You told…)
That lasting inside us,
Are the last things that defined us,
(Why us?!)
You told me to walk away from,
All of the selfish ways I’m,
Living my life one day at a time.
What if we could make a new home,
All of our worries and weights, gone,
We’ll build it better than we can alone.
You told me to walk away from,
All of the selfish ways I’m,
Living my life one day at a time.
What if we could make a new home,
All of our worries and weights, gone,
We’ll build it better than we can alone.

I like the fact that this guy is not in “omg I love djent so much I’ll only let *that* express in my songs” mode. With his friends he crafts thoughtful and diverse songs which can be either playful or touching. Alice M.
Cool compositions and great production – Who Bit the Moon is full of prog-rock moments that uplift and quickly capture attention. Neat changes in tempo add interest, and plentiful guitar hooks deliver moments to savour. Michael Reilly
I made love with my girlfriend so many times on this album. It is incredible. The songs are so beautiful and the rythm so well coordinated for this kind of moment... Anyway, always good to listen to it in the bus too Faugus
